I wish to take away this mouse's endearing quality. In my experience, it frequently severes its connection to the PC. You need to be patient, then press the appropriate buttons, and it will start up again. This occurs randomly and only while you are using it; for example, you move, push, stop moving, press, press-press, and after a couple of seconds, it starts functioning normally again. I tried reinstalling the drivers, swapping out the batteries, reading through the user forums, removing the checkmarks from the configuration options, and, in general, I did everything. The issue is not unique to me; however, most people do not believe this to be a significant problem and remedy it by turning the mouse off and then back on again. It is intolerable for me in every way. I want my old Logitech, which was powered by batteries yet still functioned, back!
