I was skeptical about buying this product but needed a solution badly. I had 3 painful mouth ulcers and used toasted salt and water, plain peroxide and warm water etc. I saw the reviews for this product so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. After using it four times I feel no pain and I can see a big difference.
