I have a 7.5 foot tall PB tree with wide branches that is perfect for hanging large ornaments. The biggest problem with these lights is that the wires between the candles are too short which means not only do the candles have to be placed close together but the worst thing is that the wires are too short to be hidden and to stretch. through the air to the next branch. To make this even clearer, the wires are black instead of dark green. My tree was very pretty before I added these lights and now I see black wires everywhere. I either remove them completely, or I fasten the candles deep in the branches where the candles don't belong. Candles should be at the ends, but not so that all the wires are visible. Since the distance is so short, one pack also only covers half of my 7.5ft tree. If the wires were longer I could hide the wires and place the Les candle further and they would be great. All of this makes her 1 star for my tree. However, if you have another type of tree where the branches are close together, they might suit you.
