Very pleased would buy again

Glad I found these after spending too much on similar ones on another site only to have them fall apart after about 6 months. They have proven themselves well in recent months and have become significantly cheaper. I bought the 39mm gold frames and the nose bridge is stamped '18k' so I can only assume it's real gold. The temples are on the side of my head and leave marks, but they don't cause any discomfort. The feather on the back of my ears is in a different location than my last pair and was uncomfortable for a few days before I got used to it. Take a second pair as a backup because they are so good because they are so cheap. No more browsing through antique shops and flea markets. UPDATE: I purchased these frames in February 2019 and it is now October 2020. Today after trying to bend and wiggle the metal around the nose to adjust it a little, the weld came loose and the glasses finally gave on. In the last almost two years, the gold plating has really worn away in high wear areas like the side of the temples that touch my face and especially the temple spring where they coil around my ears. That being said, the glasses have retained their looks and durability, and also slowly flexed over time to fit my face. I'm so glad I bought my spare pair, I was able to remove the lenses and swap them out with little fanfare. I've now bought another pair to top up my stash and the bonus is I now have an extra set of irons from the previous pair! another manufacturer. While very similar, the lenses appear to be larger (I ordered 39mm frames, their packaging is marked 39mm, but the temple is stamped 40 and they appear to be closer to 41mm). That means I can't use them as backup frames and switch lenses back and forth. I sent them back for a replacement, assuming they sent me the wrong item, but my replacement is the same. I'm disappointed. TL; DR: After almost two years they have been great and now I am buying more.
