This is my first bluetooth headset. I bought it for running but only for walking so not sure how it will work for running. My ear canals are small so I often push them back when I walk, but luckily they have an ear holder to keep the earbuds from falling out, so I bought them. Regular in-ear headphones keep falling out of my ear while running, they just fly out of my ear and I can't hear music or that well just have to put them back in. They are easy to use, come on. with the case and talk to you to indicate when it's connected and when it's off. I thought it was cool. I still don't know how to use it for calls but I think you can change the 'modes' to make calls as I accidentally called my last contact multiple times while trying to adjust the volume. should have changed regimes without realizing it. I need to read the instructions. Otherwise I would buy it again until now. I only have 4 days.
