Sturdy holdall that can hold more weight than your average cheap vinyl or cotton bag. The downside (if you call it that) is that you can't fold the case for storage or otherwise compress it when you're not using it. The heater has a digital display and was ready to use within minutes. Ergonomics are good and the power cord swivels to keep you from tangling or tangling as you work. The crest is suitable, if not exceptional. A wooden comb is hard to screw up. Like the body, it is very durable. You won't break or damage it unless you try. I can't say anything about the balm as I didn't receive it.
