I ordered these to put on my 3 year old's hair (she is holding hair ties in the photo), they are NOT for hair. It's like office grade or the kind of rubber bands you get on products. These hairs break and are painful to remove. We will not use them as hair ties for their intended purpose. However, they still work like the rubber bands we need around the house from time to time and that's why we're going to use them in this way. So 4 stars for use as scrunchies but I would say 1 star for use as scrunchies.
