My first pair broke after 10 months. I contacted Tommley and they said to return them and they would replace them and emailed me a return label to print out and mail. It took me about a month to print the label and mail it. I ended up doing it and just threw them in a box. I expected the same, in return I received a new box with a lid and everything in about 10 days. So I bought a second pair when I saw them for sale. It's a standup company! Also, I realized that I didn't want to be single again. I now have 2 and the second pair has an extended 3 year warranty. I thought just in case because I don't think I'll need another pair.
