Basically if you have Invisalign this is a must have. I listened to my orthodontist and used them every time I put on a mouthguard after cleaning and it helped me get through the mouthguard faster. No matter how good it feels to shove or bite my trays in place, Chewies always align more correctly. I keep some in my bag, in my car, and on my desk. They're cheap and easy to transport, so they should be pointless to those who go through transparent slingshots. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later if you use them - I recommend them to all my colleagues who wear Invisalign!
