I'm 5ft 9in, about 185. Tall fits well and will be better if I lose my new 10lbs due to the Covid quarantine. I use it for cycling and soccer practice. Note this: It's July in Southern California, and once this shirt gets sweaty it won't dry until I take it off at home. It doesn't bother me on short trips. Even opening the zipper is nice. Cycling jersey and wet shirt with air. But for longer rides, I prefer sleeveless, more expensive craft underwear that dries out. Otherwise good fit. Done well enough; some thread upon arrival. I would consider buying again but probably wait until I can afford another shirt like these craft cycling jerseys by as much as this product; Although not as dry as the Craft, the material is a little more comfortable. The UA RUSH Heat Gear Men's Sleeveless Compression Shirt is very comfortable and dries out a bit while cycling.
