I have the medium size, it fits well. I have bra size 38a or b depending on the bra (small breasts), about 158 kilos and not very broad shoulders. When I wear a strapless top and lean forward there are no gaps so you can't see the top from above [3. photo, I lean forward]. And I'm not very proud of my breasts, so I can hide them well in this top. It fits so comfortably that I'm not afraid of it falling or moving at all, but it's not tight either.
