I love this support system. I thought I made a mistake taking it out of the box, it looked pathetic. However, after following the included instructions to let it sit for 12 hours, it began to take shape. I like the different ways you can arrange it. It takes some getting used to finding the perfect support for me. I think I found it. It's great for sitting up straight in bed, even better for supporting your sleep all night. I no longer wake up with a stiff back. Love it! Again, you just have to be patient and find a mechanism that works for you. This may take a while as there are many different ways to set this up. Very happy with this purchase. Other reviewers are correct in saying that the velcro can be scratched. I agree but I have contacted the company and they are sending me velcro covers. However not yet received I have no reason to doubt as they contacted me very quickly after I asked.
