Review on 📻 Get Connected: BAOFENG BF-888S Two-Way Radios - Double Pack by James Pope

Received the radios fairly quickly as a member of Revain Prime. The first step out of the box was to reprogram the radios with the BF-480 software to match the public safety frequencies I use for emergency services in my area. This is the second set of BF-888S radios that I have purchased from Revain and these radios have proven very reliable and durable for my use. I connected them to Commountain microphones (with Kenwood connectors) and also used Kenwood UHF whip antennas (UHF band 440-480MHz). I can easily connect one of several repeaters within a 40 mile radius. Using their direct radio gets me a good mile and a half. I would highly recommend them to other public safety groups looking for a cheap yet reliable radio that won't ruin your budget if you lose it.
