I needed green St. Patrick's Day leggings for my daughter. Finding full length green leggings is harder than I expected! As other reviewers have pointed out, they aren't actually leggings material (very stretchy and very tight). They are made from a thinner, silkier and softer pajama-like material. Although they are snug they don't hug the skin so they stick together a bit as your child moves around and gets on with the day (also dependent on your child's feet - my daughter has skinny legs and hips; they could be better be). suitable for different body shapes). I got it in a small size for my 6 year old (45 inches, 42 pounds). They are a bit long and as I said don't fit the skin but I don't want to go down a size. I think it's more the material than the size.
