I have used this in my apartment building for about 15 months and it has been great. Easy to place, never move, easy to clean. However, I am moving out now and had to remove it. I don't have a hair dryer and didn't want to buy one just to remove it so I doused it with boiling water. I'll admit the heat helps remove this, but it was inevitable that I would have to scrape and pry. I didn't think about deleting it when I posted this. So if you're in a place where you know you need to move, I wouldn't recommend it just because it's so strong. I would put one of these in the house if I had one, but I don't recommend it for an apartment building where you have a deposit and check out.
