Works great if you are familiar with buzzing electricity

I liked that this lamp is dimmable and also the ability to change the heat/cool setting of the lamp. BUT, it comes back because there is a constant low buzz when I turn it on. Note. I plugged it into my laptop's USB port, maybe that's it?
