I use a cable to improve the sound on my 55 inch Samsung 7500 series TV when I'm alone. I plugged the cable directly into the TV (which is also hooked into the surround sound system) and then plugged in a pair of quality Able Planet noise-cancelling headphones. The cable transmits the sound very well. It's very well built; It has strong insulation and the female connector provides a solid connection and the cable length is perfect for my application. I bought two 5 foot cords (these were the longest on offer) from another seller for $10 each plus shipping and tax which was less than 10 cents. This cable is a steal compared to its price. I was skeptical because of the color, but it actually helps me distinguish it from all the other black wires connected to my system. I definitely recommend this cable and will buy it again.
