Used and wrong product sent to me.
I received this item in a separate envelope with no box, just an open shell in an envelope without a stripe. Also, the lashes are the wrong size, curl, diameter, or material. They sent me an open tray dirty 9 mm, Siberian mink, bend B, diameter 0.05. This pack looks used, especially after removing a lash line. Who and how can I contact to fix the problem?
