It works as advertised but takes some time getting used to installing and charging the controllers properly. It took a few days to figure out the exact mounting angle, or the parts will wear down to the point where they will fit and snap together easily, or both. Sometimes connecting the controller initially when it was already on the docking station resulted in disconnecting the existing one. It can sometimes be difficult to tell if the controllers are charging since their lights aren't always pulsing. However, they seemed to charge even when not pulsing. The device is elegant, compact and does not take up much space. It also feels a little light and almost thin, but overall I have to say that for less than $15 this is a great deal on Sony hardware.
