The ability for our team members who are not in sales or customer support roles at this point but do have expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce) can now work remotely! This has been HUGE!! Our employees no longer need daily commute hours which allows them more flexibility when working remote as well since they don't get stuck sitting behind their desk all day waiting out traffic during rush hour commutes each morning & evening etc.. The best thing is that the software is very intuitive. I was able to get set up and use it right away. Some of the features are a bit complex and require a good understanding of how the software works. We have been able to automate repetitive tasks that used to take about an hour a day and now takes about 5 minutes. The time savings would add up to a significant amount of time, not just in labor but in the time we spend in a day.
