Overall, the shredder does a great job. Works very quietly, grinding quality. It processes credit cards and CDs. It also doesn't overheat quickly. All good qualities - why I bought the car. Here are my shortcomings: 1. The on/off switch on the machine is very loose. It's cheap plastic and looks like it's about to break. 2. The sensor is a little cheeky. You must insert documents at the perfect angle.3. You really need to empty the container beforehand. When the bin is full, a lot of paper will stick to the underside of the blades. But to remove them you have to take out the trash can or you'll end up with a big mess. Everyone. Lonely. Time.
