Review on πŸ’‘ Enhanced OttLite Cool Breeze LED Lamp with Bladeless Fan - 3 Speeds, 5 Brightness Levels by Rafael Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Customizable table lamp - wide range of lighting options.

PROs: - LEDs - Daylight - Adjustable heat/cold levels - Brightness - Adjustable "brightness" levels (5) - Fan: circulates enough air / creates white noise - Adjustable - Upper neck piece - Flexible Lamphead MINUS - Usability: Table/work light - questionable as a bedside lamp or desk chair (measurement recommended) - Sustainability/environment - LEDs should last a long time (but don't think a consumer can replace them) Four (4) of these in the last 5- Used constantly in the house for 6 months, desk (2) and work surface (2). They replace other Ott-Lites in the house and are good (very good actually) so far. Cost - Reasonable and worth $7 more compared to fakes that replicate this lamp. LED Configuration - Large "brightness" and "natural light" settings (warm-cold) for eye comfort. Heat - If you're working hot in the summer, you'll appreciate the fact that LEDs generate less heat. fans. Doesn't circulate much air like dedicated desk, floor, or ceiling fans, but provides a gentle horizontal breeze on a desk or workspace. Adjustable Head - Measure the space according to the lamp size specifications. The lamp head rotates from 90 degrees (lights up on the table - 13-14 inches from the table surface) to 180 degrees (lights up on the wall). As a bedside lamp or chair lamp, that would have been too low for our home. Summary - Really good LED desk/worktop light with multiple brightness/ambient light settings.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
