Bought a cotton duvet cover for my son's weighted blanket he got for Christmas. His duvet was a different brand, but it fit perfectly. The ties used to attach to the ceiling are very strong. His quilt had nowhere to tie, but I managed to sew a few loops to match the ties and it all works great. This case has 8 attachment points so it can be attached really well. To put the duvet on, simply turn the duvet inside out, place the duvet on top, tie a knot on the duvet, then turn right side out again. Very easy. I also washed and dried at the lowest temperature, didn't shrink at all, the cover is very soft cotton. Very happy with the purchase
