Poorly made, best for diving and snorkeling
I could see through both layers at the same time so not sure how well it protects from the sun. However, I couldn't figure it out because I couldn't put my head through the hole. The material doesn't stretch at all and the head hole would barely fit my daughter's doll. I do not recommend this product.
