I got this razor about a week ago and so far it has exceeded all my expectations. It shaves clean and smooth and actually gets the job done faster and more comfortably than my old Norelco. It was fully charged when it arrived and today after 7 shaves the battery level is 80%. If the cutting head assembly is detached from the body I haven't figured out how to do that. Not being able to wash just the main unit makes cleaning a bit difficult, but not so much that I don't like the overall experience. Also, the shaving head is thicker than my old one and I'm still getting used to it when getting around my cheeks - I wear glasses and my old Norelco would easily slip under the underside of the lens, what's what an electric razor is for, not to do men. I haven't traveled with her yet, so no reason for a rating, hence the neutral rating there. I expect it to be good given the long battery life.
