We bought 300 of these chair covers for our annual event. They smelled a bit like plastic, but they aired quickly. Each chair cover is individually wrapped and out of 300 chair covers only ONE needed a minor repair. Absolutely normal! They're quick and easy to put on chairs, and for the most part, they stayed in place all night. Washing them was as easy as throwing them in the car! As a woman, I particularly like the bow at the front of the chair. This allowed me to slip my purse and shoes under a chair without fear of tripping over them or someone else picking them up.
