because the cello is quite tight in the case
The cello came with the shackle (the upper part with the strings) not glued to the cello. It doesn't look like it was broken in transit as the cello is pretty tight in the case. Rather bad build. I will personally lend a hand and not return as it is a Christmas present and I don't think they will replace it in time.
