So I ordered it because it was a great deal. Then I tried. Oh God. Wow. It's better than the usual "things". Serious. After taking a bath with this product my aching muscles feel much better. Each option in the kit has its own appeal. So I ordered a second pack. This is the highest praise for the product. If I order this again, yes, well done. Consequently. I recommend this product. I suffer from daily pain. Maybe it's because I'm sitting at the computer at work. Maybe it's because I'm going through menopause and need extra relief from poor sleep etc. Or maybe it's because I'm not stretching/exercising/not getting the right vitamins. All I know is that I wake up with sore muscles and when I can soak it all up I feel better. That's enough to say yes, I love it, I recommend it and I want more of it. (Note: I have high blood pressure. I've read that bathing with Epsom salts lowers blood pressure. Since using it, my results at the doctor's office are "in the normal range". Yes, I'm also trying to reduce my salt intake ( eat and try to eat better, but I find that consistently taking a substance that provides magnesium helps ensure success with this health issue.)
