That was a tough review. I ordered 2 hakama uniforms, large and medium. The large one arrived in perfect condition, folded and packaged in a beautifully printed plastic bag with red flowers, tags and instructions. If this was the only item ordered it would be 5 stars. There is a problem with the media you ordered. It was rolled into a ball and packed in a regular plastic bag with a label warning of infants and choking hazard. There was no label, no instructions, no original plastic bag. Both were listed as new, but one was and the other was not. I called Revain and they said they couldn't exchange the media due to low stock and offered a $20 credit. So I paid for one product and not the other. Actually, this was my second order from Edoten, so I'm very disappointed. Blame whoever hoarded the "returned" media. Now I'm going to the dry cleaners to see if I can bring this back to life. If that doesn't work both items will be returned as I need 2.
