Product works absolutely fine. My only problem is that the body is hard to slide off when I want to change plates. Having worked in the injection molding industry I just took my fine grit glass file after finally removing the bowl holding the plate in place and filed a bit on the side of the main piece (there is a small burr that provides friction to hold the shell ). in place) and it now has enough grip that I could easily slide off the case, but it still holds the platters securely in place. I do NOT recommend that you do what I do unless you know what you are doing.
