I bought this product to warm up a cyclist (disabled athlete) in the start area before the Detroit Marathon. Because of the air temperature, it was initially about 30 degrees with a decent breeze. .it was important to keep him as warm as possible. I needed this product to work because it was important to keep him warm before starting because his paralysis was affecting his body's ability to regulate heat. I was relieved to find that even with the "regular" USB battery, the main panel felt very warm and this kept the heat inside.
