Great for sports good for exercise and fitness
We bought this to use for physical therapy exercises when my 6 year old son was released from this official physical therapy. I also like to use it to keep my kids moving during the cold winter time after sitting in front of the TV for a while. It offers good practice. I don't know how anyone can put it in a storage bag after taking it out. It can get tangled easily, making it difficult to store away when not in use.
