Pros: Very well packaged Comes assembled except for placing shelf supports and glass shelves Glass shelves are thick so don't worry about the items being too heavy. Cons: packaging spoils the look. If you unpack indoors, put something on the floor. The supplied shelf supports are not stable. This is because the pre-drilled holes do not match the hole diameter, depth and uneven spacing. I should have thought better of that because the closet doors that meet in the middle won't let you see anything in the middle. I will replace the doors with a single glass door. I am fortunate to live with a very experienced carpenter and he installed various supports that enclose the glass and create a sense of comfort. Again really nice but badly built.
