This sturdy material works great. It helps my cave feel better. Serious! Here's a piece of advice. Don't breathe in when you put it in your mouth unless you like to cough a lot. You only have to make this mistake once to learn this lesson! It's an expensive product but it saved me the hassle of getting a fill. I'm not joking.
