UPDATE: I really like this bag but unfortunately my suspicions were correct. The zipper broke in the newly discovered bag. That means it broke before I even touched it. I'm pretty sure other flashes will soon meet the same fate. Unfortunately I will be returning this bag. If only it could stand - we could be friends forever. OLD: Like many of you, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to find the perfect bag for my needs. This is the first of several purchases that I don't think I will be returning. It fits in all points. Pleasant to the touch material. Very durable, doesn't look like it will tear easily if at all. Tons of pockets and I really like how they are arranged. PLUS - ALL main compartments are soft because. Why not!? If you're carrying something around, there's a good chance you don't want the item to break. Really cool unexpected bonus feature. You can pack a ton of tuff in this bag, but it never feels too bulky. I never change into a ninja turtle and always look professional and presentable whether I'm meeting with clients or stepping off the plane. Two small points of criticism: 1. Although the material is great, I have my doubts about the zippers. I've only had this bag for a week so time will tell if they break or tear easily. I really hope not, but they can feel a bit rocky running around the corners of the bag. This may in part be due to the bag being stuffed into an Amazon box and pockets and zippers being crumpled in awkward directions. It will knock 1.2 - I assume .2. Belts leave a lot to be desired. I don't know what's up with all these bag manufacturers and their fear of reliable, durable straps on their products. I mean really, if you're looking to cut costs somewhere, don't compromise on the convenience of carrying your luggage! Slightly wider backpack straps and a shoulder strap would be desirable, especially considering the weight you can easily carry in this particular product. I often replace the shoulder straps and pads on almost every piece of luggage I've ever carried, so I'm used to that deficiency and don't let my admiration for all of the other attractive features of this bag spoil my admiration. A piece of advice for your own quest for the perfect bag - I've found that the really important factor to decide is how you intend to carry the bag most often. Like a backpack or like a briefcase? Some bags are originally designed as backpacks. Others focus more on the portfolio. This bag does both really well, but I would say it was designed primarily as a briefcase, which is what I was looking for. Will update if the zips break, but if you don't hear from me again - thanks FreeBiz! All else. Buy this bag!
