0.7 volt cutoff but $6.95. Simply plug into the cigarette lighter and off you go. Much better than artificial light. The Zelauto voltmeter shows 14.0 volts from the cigarette lighter and I get 14.7 volts from the battery from my Milton battery tester. So I use 14.0 volts as the baseline and add 0.7 to get 14.7. "You have to understand that the cigarette lighter is not the best place to get really good readings. Who knows how far and through what this circuit has to go to get to the device. Make sure the inside of the lighter is clean to get the best contact. I use the lighter a few times to clean it as much as possible. It was 13.5 when I started, stuck a lighter in, turned it a few times to clean the end, the alittel was at 14.0v. Good luck!
