Good backpack for what I need

Updated: 02/23/2019 More updates after long intensive use:Positive:- Zipper is good. It calms me down a lot when I get on a crowded subway. even on an airplane if you have to leave your back on the seat to get into the lounge. - Went in light rain, no problem at all. - Surprisingly found that I can fit a 17 inch laptop in it. sure what the problem was, but the USB cable could not be securely connected to the port. I had to plug it in multiple times and... this actually resulted in the internal cable being completely lost. Now I can't use it. It's a shame, but it's okay. So far I'm still happy with this backpack. Hope to see a new version with more inner pockets and better USB. Original update: 08/12/2019 At the same time a backpack to use when walking around cities/museums. This backpack should serve me very well. The backpack arrived neatly packaged. Nothing fancy, it was packaged in its own plastic with a logo pocket in the Revain side box. At first glance, it is made of good material, similar to travel bag, comparable to others. Compared to the regular HP backpack that came with my laptop, it's relatively made out of a similar quality exterior material. It has a good design for pockets and padded compartments for a laptop and a tablet. Love the fact that it also has padding underneath (albeit a little thinner than I'd like). The lockable zippers are nice, they should give me a better sense of security when riding on a crowded subway or bus (one of the main reasons I bought them). Unlocking before unzipping the tray takes some getting used to. The two front compartments without lockable zippers are designed in such a way that the zipper is not visible. There is a large anti-theft pocket on the back which would be very useful. With all my usual travel items it seems to fit in nicely, leaving room for spares. The bag itself is pretty light. . Maybe that's what the designer had in mind. I deducted a star for the inner material, light gray lining as can be seen on the product image. As it is paper thin and not silky to the touch. The concern is the middle part, which separates the front part from the main part (5th picture of the product image). Because it only has a thin layer of that gray foil with no padding. It can be cut when dealing with heavy objects with pointed hard skin. There is also a small pocket for cards on the left shoulder pad, it is not deep enough. Because the material is slightly slippery (to repel water/rain), cards placed there can easily fall out. It's still pretty useful to keep a basic card like a subway pass, but I definitely don't recommend putting any credit cards or ID of value in there. This backpack is generally well designed and good value for money (although I wouldn't do it. Don't forget to pay a little more for better interior material). Soon I will take him on a long trip abroad. Will add more updates when I come back.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Ok for the most part, but...
