The best feature is its ability to send large files via email without any problems at all! It's also very easy to use once you get used it (it has an interface similar with other software like MS Office).

I can't really say anything bad about this program because there isn’t much of something negative in my opinion; however if someone wants some more options they might want to try out another product such as Adobe Acrobat Pro or Microsoft Word 2010/2013 but those programs will cost money so maybe not everyone would be able to afford them? Overall good piece of equipment since we have been using it now over 2 years ago when our former IT manager left us he had no idea how to work around his old computer system which was causing many issues including losing information from emails sent through Outlook Express etc..
