Definitely don't buy this if you have a large SUV or any size car and plan to use it with the rear seats folded. I bought one to use with the Honda Fit which is a junior hatchback. If it's attached to the rear seats, it doesn't matter. But when you fold the rear seats down and attach them to the front seats, the quarter panels cover the doors, not the wheel arches, and the padding doesn't even reach the sunroof, let alone protect the bumper if the dog jumps out or hops out. Even with the rear seats folded up, it's barely wide enough to cover a bed. The seller's description doesn't mention this so I will be returning it. Measure carefully before buying and only if you plan to close the space between the rear seats and the sunroof.
