It works but the plastic has melted
Too bad this product didn't melt in my microwave. The instructions suggest changing the power levels of your microwave before use. Unfortunately, I lack a master's degree in mechanical engineering to accomplish this feat. As a result, the bowl and lid have melted and I cannot use the product. A few months later I added: I could use the product even with melted plastic that had solidified. Unfortunately, now that my microwave is easy, the cores can slide. I wish I still had one of these - the product is convenient and practical.
