Original rating: The quality of these glasses is immediately apparent. With wide metal strips and spring loops that feel pinned rather than just glued, they seem to last (although I'm writing this on the day I received them). Clarity was (pun intended) an eye opening. I didn't even realize that my other readers' lenses were a bit blurry (due to the material, not scratches or diopter ratings) until I tried them on. They were boxed in a box and each frame was individually wrapped in plastic to protect it from scratches. Soft cases and cleaning cloths were included. I use them for computer reading glasses and while I don't really need the blue blocking, the colors still look believable. If the coating doesn't peel off easily, I don't think it's a scam. Note to the manufacturer: You really have to make such good durable glasses with real glass lenses. I would pay three times more for it! Update: The goggles have some sharp edges sticking out from under the pads. One edge from the metal frame, the other from the protrusion on the lenses themselves protruding through the frame. Once the pads are adjusted to my liking, they become too uncomfortable for prolonged wear.
