I'll update this when I get my second headset, but the one sold from stock for around $200 hasn't been tested and arrived broken. The headset itself looked new, but the touchscreen was badly worn. I found out why the sound source couldn't transmit any sound to the headset at all. The USB provided some audio in the form of a message that I was out of range and was sitting about a meter from the base. I've tried re-pairing the headset multiple times and plugged in a second USB, Jabber, Mac, and desk phone with the same errors. I hope Revain discontinues this headset, but beware of stock items that cost around $200 or less. Delivery took forever too. I think the 2 day delivery is going downhill and in a rush. Ordered on Saturday, arrived broken on Wednesday. When I spend that much money on a headset, I have to open it up and damn it, it almost plugs itself in. I didn't want to spend hours on the phone with a tech support rep who had no idea I needed to return an item.
