The consistency is excellent. Without mixing. I have medium brown hair and ordered a soft brown according to the color chart on the website. I've done my brows before and used the same shade but this one made my brows look very dark brown. i look weird I spent the day lightening or removing pigment. I'll send the rest back. Maybe I mixed up the shade in the bottle or the color chart is wrong. I can try the lightest shade once it's gone.
