I give this product 5 stars because it is made from excellent quality materials and fairly reliably (and, I must add, masterfully) sewn. When I unpacked the pillow, it turned out that it didn't have a concave shape around the hole. It looked more like a donut hole (no shape at all) but after I placed my baby's head on the pillow the concave shape became more apparent. I was pleased to see this because at first I was a little disappointed that the pillow looked like a regular pillow with a donut hole! Glad I put my baby in the pillow to check otherwise I would have left a lower star review. Try this pillow. The pillow meets my expectations in terms of quality and functionality and is very affordable for the price. I recommend it to other moms looking for head shaping pillows. Even the color and shape of the pillow is the same as the picture. Nice and soft memory foam and retracts well. I love it and so does my baby!
