Review on Tekonsha 118285 4 Flat Harness Package by Adam Hogan

This product works great but the 2017-2020 Equinox has a relay fault. LEFT INDICATOR AND BRAKE SIGNAL DO NOT WORK. After about 8 hours of troubleshooting a new 5X8 single axle trailer I found this. I reassembled the trailer and fitted new taillights, but I couldn't get the left turn signal and left brake light to work. Then I asked a neighbor to drive to my trailer and the light worked fine. I was stumped and after googling 8 I found a forum that said GM had this problem with their Equinox cars. The solution was to replace the left bulb with an LED bulb, which you can get anywhere. This solved the problem. If only someone had told me that at the very beginning. I hope this feedback review will save someone many hours of unnecessary heartache.
