Description misleading

Description needs changed, I bought these thinking I had to buy the bulb & ballast separate, Kool.
then come to find out you also need the Wire Harness as well! You might should mention that. Also not the write lumens, each bulb is different.

Pros

They work and they were easy to install

Cons

One burned out after a day, the other is still working. It was cheap though, you get what you pay for...
