Perfect for tennis and P90x

I bought this to watch my tennis matches and P90x sessions and I have to say it's fantastic. I've already lost 10 pounds in a month just by counting calories and watching what I eat. I didn't starve either. I just did the math. Consume less than usual and burn, and I think looking at the numbers puts things into perspective. I felt like if I was working that hard to burn 1000 calories, do I really want to dump them on greasy junk food or eat something fresh and good to supplement my workout? Tangent. The watch itself sits very comfortably on my forearm. It took less training to get used to. The display is really bright and the menu is so simple I didn't have to read the manual to figure it out. Battery life. MARVELOUS. I don't leave the display on all the time because I don't have to keep track of my heart rate or calories burned every minute. It's definitely a distraction. I think if I'm pressing too hard I'll look at my heart rate and if I'm not pressing hard enough I'll look to know where I am, but I've found mine. body to know when to push or release a little. I can go to 3, 2 hours of tennis for free. And even then it's about halfway through and I'm reloading to be on the safe side. What I like best is that it's unobtrusive, doesn't require a chest strap, and is really just for training because it doesn't feel like it's there. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to keep track of calorie burn during strenuous activity. However, it is not intended for people who need to wear it all day. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the screen is really disappointing for the price. I think it might be plastic. It scratches easily and the material is poorly made. It seems that since it was designed for people with an active lifestyle, it would be indestructible but a small drop and a scratch. I'm talking about two feet off the ground, fell out of my pocket. Spring. Not that important, but it would be nice if the screen was made of better material.
