Too big, inaccurate size conversions.

The shoe itself is so cute. Love the inner fur. However, I ordered a size 9 for toddlers, which corresponds to an EU size 25. They sent me a size 28 which is too big. About 12 size for a baby. They sent it back the same day and had to order another brand that would have arrived on time.
