I bought this watch for my father during Covid-19. He works in primary care and has high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. I bought this to buy him a piece of peace of mind and I'm so glad I did! It measures his blood pressure (that's exactly what we compared it to a blood pressure cuff), his heart rate and it's easy to use! I highly recommend this watch. It also measures oxygen levels. Wonderful! My husband works as a personal assistant and is very impressed with the watch and its accuracy.
