I hooked this up in my 7.1 wall system. The wire is a good combination of flexibility and durability. The sheath is abrasion-resistant and suitable for being pulled through trusses, boreholes, etc. without damaging the wires inside (normal insulation of these wires). I like the built in nylon fiber used to tear the sheath to expose the wires. However, to get to it you will need to cut the cable about 1cm with wire cutters to expose it. I used the needle tip to grab the fiber, wrapped it around the tip, and then pulled the cable down to separate the jacket. Works pretty smoothly. Suggestion for cutting wires. Use a 14 gauge hole to make the cut but go to 12 gauge to strip the wire insulation. I found that using 14 gauge caused several strands of wire to break and come loose. Copper appears to be of good quality.
